AI is rewriting what's possible for small teams. A handful of exceptional people with AI leverage can accomplish what used to require armies. The winning teams won't be the biggest. They'll be the ones with the highest talent density, the most focus, and the most AI-augmented capability.
I strive to be a 10X CEO. I genuinely believe I can get there. I would be at least 50% less effective without AI today, and I'm expanding my capabilities every day, not by working more hours, but by building AI workflows that help me operate.
I'm asking each of you to think about how to become 10X in your role. Whether you're an engineer, marketer, sales, recruiter, designer, or any other function: find an AI workflow that improves your efficiency. Then expand your scope to adjacent areas. Try to make an impact there. There are many open problems at HeyGen waiting to be solved.
Organizationally, we're leaning into this. We want our 10X superhumans to thrive here. We will build a smaller team with high talent density and AI fluency. The era of large teams is over.
